Headhunter Working Smart is now offering recruitment services from its website.UK-based international petroleum recruitment consultancy Working Smart has launched its online recruitment web site www.working-smart.co.uk. The new site offers clients and job seekers access to new search, matching and applicant management tools, streamlining the recruitment process.
Free advertising
Working Smart clients now benefit from free job advertising, and direct e-mailing of jobs to potential candidates. Applications can reviewed and tracked online and the Working Smart skills database searched for appropriate, high quality candidates. Another new service is pre-emptive interviewing.
Headhunting
Online headhunting allows employers to evaluate the interest of selected candidates in a position. Other innovations include a salary survey and a reporting service. These allow an employer to benchmark salaries against market rates.
Professional
Working Smarts Professional Recruitment Services also include personal off-line recruitment services, job profiling, executive headhunting, interview screening, reference verification and human resources support services.
