Platte River, Exprodat team on GIS-based play fairway analysis (June 2009)

Platte River Associates (PRA) has teamed with Exprodat Consulting to offer EU-based support for PRA’s GIS-based play fairway analysis tool, PetroAnalyst. Exprodat is to offer GIS support and training services to PRA’s European customers. PetroAnalyst is an ESRI ArcMap extension originally developed for Pemex. The package leverages ArcMap’s mapping and geoprocessing capability for analysis of both conventional and unconventional plays. The toolset provides common risk segment maps and probability of geological success evaluations. More from www.platte.com and www.exprodat.co.uk.
